Always start by reading the care label on your clothing for specific instructions. It’s important to wash similar colors together to prevent color bleeding. We recommend using cold water for washing, as it helps preserve fabric quality and reduces energy consumption. Opt for a gentle wash cycle to minimize wear and tear.

For fabric-specific care, cotton items can be machine washed in cold water and either tumble dried on low heat or air dried to avoid shrinking. Wool should be hand washed or washed on a gentle cycle with cold water, then laid flat to dry to maintain its shape. Synthetic fabrics can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low, but avoid fabric softeners, as they can damage the fibers. When it comes to denim, wash inside out to maintain color and avoid frequent washing to preserve the fabric’s integrity.

When ironing, always iron on the reverse side and use the appropriate heat setting based on the fabric type. For storage, hang items that are prone to wrinkling, like dresses and blouses, while heavier items, such as sweaters, should be folded to maintain their shape.

If you encounter a stain, act quickly for the best chance of removal. Gently blot the stain with a clean cloth to lift it without spreading.
